Guest guest Posted March 11, 2005 Report Share Posted March 11, 2005 I read your post and Green Tea has alot of healthful needs, RA being one of them As far as sleep goes, I sleep when My body tells me to.Maybe in the day and just an hour or two at night.It is always changing.The nature of this beast. You need to listen to your body and learn to say No alot. If you are not sleeping much at all I would consult a Dr for this there are many good things on the market now.
