Guest guest
I don't understand why my temps go up in the evening when it should be going down. Does it mean I am taking my t3 at the wrong times? I take them 4 hours apart, 4 doses, starting at around 7:30 a.m. Is it possible it takes all these hours for it to peak in my blood? Maybe I should take the bulk of it in the morn? I think the high temp is somehow connected to my inability to fall asleep, though not sure, just hypothesizing. I'm needing to take all kinds of sleep aids to get some sleep, and even the sleep aids only work after a few hours. I hate drugging myself up like this, but what's a girl to do when she needs the sleep desperately but can't seem to fall asleep? any ideas welcome. I'm due for another t3 dose now, and thinking maybe to take it at bedtime.

Guest guest
sorry I bumped this before noticing your response, Val. It means too much hc in the am? I take 10 hc every two hours to avoid the shakes and it helps with my earaches.. and head stuffiness , like a run-down feeling. I feel it is gobbling up my hc. 5 mg just doesn't seem to cut it, should i try 5 mg every hour instead of 10 every two hours? how does high hc by day increase temps later in eve? is it at all related to t3? Guest guest
I suspect your AM cortils doses are too high. Thsi can lower temps as it si rushign the T3 through your system too quickly and not in a healthy normal way. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/
Guest guest
Can you advise me on how to correct this? Bearing in mind the amount of hc i take now helps control the shakes and helps with my run-down-sick-feeling?
