question on cooking sprays, cooking with oil and butter

My wife does't seem to be tolerating food cooked with butter or oil

well during her first week on the SCD. We have Pam Organic Olive Oil

cooking spray but the ingredients state: organic extra virgin olive

oil, oranic grain alcohol (added for clarity), lecithin from soybeans

(prevents sticking), and propellant. contains soy.

seems like the grain alcohol, lecithin from soybeans, and contains soy

could all be problematic for SCD. do these ingredients make this SCD

illegal?

does anyone know of any lower fat options than oil and butter to cook

with, cooking sprays or other means?
