what's the scoop on tomato juice?

I've read on line that Heinz and 's canned Tomato juice are

SCD legal. From what I read on their websites, Heinz is from

tomatoes, and 's from concentrate. I went to whole foods

recently to shop for foods for my wife to start SCD and all the tomato

juices there are made from concentrate. I got RW Knudsen organic

Tomato Juice, it said 100% juice no sugar added on the label.

Ingredients listed include organic tomato concentrate, organic lemon

juice concentrate. Is this tomato juice SCD legal? What does every

one else use for tomato juice and when making ketchup? thanks ~ Mike
