I recall someone mentioning that they took baking soda with them? should I opt out of the fluoride treatment that some dentists give? Also, someone on the list mentioned that they carry a note from their doctor with them when they travel that allows them to carry food on the plane. Would someone please give me an idea of what the note should say? I am moving to England soon and would like to take food on the flight. On a side note, thank you (I think it was Marilyn and a few more people) for recommending Dr. Tichenor's mouthwash! It is so great to use a mouthwash without worrying too much about it! Thanks!
