Guest guest Posted June 12, 2002 Report Share Posted June 12, 2002 Hi ....I have both proptosis and diplopia. Have had it for nearly three years now with one operation somewhere in there. My eye obitologist is going to wait one more month before considering more surgery. I have alot of swelling in both eyes and my optic nerve is being constricted and compromised. The solu medro helps me for about a week by easing the pain and swelling, but then it all comes back again with a vengance. Just had all my thyroid blood tests done, everything imaginable, and they were all within the correct range. (middle range) My " eye guy " has classed me as a Werner's Class 4 for the TED.
