Can you say where you found the pdf file that explains how to use the cream, and that 1/5 tsp=10 mg? I printed a file from the adrenals group that says 1 cc or 1 ml equals 10 mg, but you have to have a syringe marked in cc's or ml's to do this. That file even references a YouTube video showing how to fill the syringe from the tube of HC cream. But until I can find a syringe, it would be helpful if I knew how to measure it in fractions of a tsp. Thanks.

Thanks Jan. I'm just gonna switch to cream and see what happens. There's a good pdf file I found through search that explains how to use the cream. 1/5 tsp = 10 mg. Not a lot!
