are you allergic to echinacea? That's in Isocort. It's also possible that you

are not on enough adrenal support. Isocort was not enough for me. And low

adrenals will make allergies worse. Just some ideas.

The file for using HC cream is in the files section of the adrenal board I

beleive.

and now also 2 at noon. My allergies have gotten WAY worse. I have to wear a

mask at work now, because I completely lose my voice and have a sore throat by

the end of the day if I don't. I used to only have the problem at work, but I'm

getting it at home now too. The mask helps some but not completely. I have an

air filter in my office.

then maybe 98.0 or 98.2 the rest of the day. There are some weird fluctuations

in my temps sometimes, but I'm not consistent with the time of day that I take

them.

lactase. " (from STTM)

and do have some issues with diarrhea sometimes in the morning. Is there enough

of this stuff in 7 to 9 pellets a day to cause this reaction?

Peggy,

Yes that's the file I read. It didn't have the tsp conversion in the file. I

just googled it and it says 1 ml = 1/5 tsp. I didn't realize this and I was

using a pretty large dab at one time. Probably more like a whole teaspoon.

Then I switched to Isocort.

and that 1/5 tsp=10 mg? I printed a file from the adrenals group that says 1 cc

or 1 ml equals 10 mg, but you have to have a syringe marked in cc's or ml's to

do this. That file even references a YouTube video showing how to fill the

syringe from the tube of HC cream. But until I can find a syringe, it would be

helpful if I knew how to measure it in fractions of a tsp. Thanks.

good pdf file I found through search that explains how to use the cream. 1/5 tsp

= 10 mg. Not a lot!
