Guest guest
Hi. This is my second post. I've been on the lowest dose of T3 for 6 months now and have had to stop it for a week, 2 times, because after time I would become more fatigued and have increased anxiety. This is because my adrenals are still in the recovery phase of a severe stage of adrenal burnout. Even taking the extra adrenal suppliments and some natural hydrocortisone, any minor stress sets them back. So, my aim is to not let any stress what so ever. I am going to stop the T3 I have been on for a week and see how I feel. I know one has to have sufficient cortisol to be able to have the T3 to work well, but if the reserve capasity is not up to par, I'm still going to have to focus on the adrenals for a while, I'm afraid. ine
