Anyone know of a good resource on sugar?

I have several friends who are having a hard time eliminating sugar

from their diet. And I am having a hard time finding an online

resource that I can send them to (like a one or two pager?) that will

motivate them to get off the " stuff " ! Would anyone be able to point me

to one that is really convincing?! Ok, so I'm trying to manipulate a

bit! One recently who told me about still having sugar in her

diet is not open to a complete eating plan so I am trying a different

angle as she is so achy all over and can hardly write.
