>So I think this is low cortisol, right? But the last 2 HC doses seemed to make

my heart pounding worse. I thought maybe a dump, but my temp is not higher than

98.9, my pulse is 100 which is high for me. Plus the HC made me nauseas and I

haven't been nausesa at all until I took the extra HC today. Did I take too much

and shut down my ACTH?

Sounds like you may have been running low cortisol for a while and T3

had pooled in the blood unable to get into the cells.

when you tool extra HC some of that pooled T3 got into the cells

suddenly.

Gut feel is lower T3 for 2 or 3 days while taking 25 HC and then edge

up on the T3 again and hopefully you will be able to utilise it this

time.

>You think I should stay on 25 HC or just stay on it for a few days as I was low

before? I think the low cortisol happened because I caught a cold and didn't

stress dose. :-(

Give it a few days at that level and then drop a little and see how

you do. Unless Val says otherwise wean VERY slowly, 2.5 a week.
