Need help fast-Uncle w/UC had stroke

Hi Everyone,My MIL's Brother had a stroke several weeks ago, and is in a hospital in Texas(Dallas area). His UC has been going berserk and they have him on high doses of steroids and are planning to start remicade. MY MIL thinks he will die of malnutrition. She says th doctors there will not even consider SCD along w/meds.Could you please send any info you have on Dallas area Gastros who are SCD-friendly ASAP? We would really appreciate it!
