Guest guest
This group has been what has made me stick to SCD and learn to take it slow. I really owe this group a lot. Thanks so much for everything everyone shares!!! A place for information. A place for sage advice. A place for sharing experiences. For sharing recipes and tips and techniques. For sharing successes and sorrows. Guest guest
Thanks so much, Marilyn, and everyone, for being here and for your inspiring e-mails. I'm 3 days away from my 7th month anniversary on SCD. Chugging away here! I don't write much because I'm very challenged with toxic exposures where I live. I've just been through five days of carpet cleaning, and it's like I have a heavy dose of the 'flu, but it's just the toxicity. I'm about to go through three days of window cleaning. Still searching for a healthier home. Happy Anniversary to everyone!
