I'm not the biggest fan of pork rinds in the world but they have saved me several times when I was out, was unable to return home, and couldn't find anything else to eat at all. They were a little hard on my gut at first, but didn't cause any major symptoms.

Sometimes, if I'm craving sweets really bad, I like to add a bit of almond butter (still not tolerating well) to a bowl with about an equal amount of shredded cocunut (maybe just a bit more), heat in the microwave for 1 minute and mix together with a little honey. I can't tell you how good it is.

pork rinds and cheese dont sound good. If they have fruit, that would work. I guess one could look in the canned food section, doubtful tho.

Looking for something to eat before bed is anotehr delimea. Not too heavy, not too much fat...JAHSCD 4 yearshttp://www.glutenfr eeeugene. org/xl2/scd. html
