Guest guest
pork rinds and cheese dont sound good. If they have fruit, that would work. I guess one could look in the canned food section, doubtful tho.Looking for something to eat before bed is anotehr delimea. Guest guest
I'm not the biggest fan of pork rinds in the world but they have saved me several times when I was out, was unable to return home, and couldn't find anything else to eat at all. They were a little hard on my gut at first, but didn't cause any major symptoms. Sometimes, if I'm craving sweets really bad, I like to add a bit of almond butter (still not tolerating well) to a bowl with about an equal amount of shredded cocunut (maybe just a bit more), heat in the microwave for 1 minute and mix together with a little honey. I can't tell you how good it is. Misty Kimble Subject: Re: fast food storesTo: BTVC-SCD Date: Monday, September 22, 2008, 11:15 AM pork rinds and cheese dont sound good.
