Guest guest Posted September 11, 2008 Report Share Posted September 11, 2008 My recent allergy test showed cow's milk allergy, especially to the whey. If I drip my yogurt and throw away the whey, am I losing a lot of the probiotic benefit or is it mostly in the curd part? Should I supplement with extra acidophilus to make up the difference?
