Favorite birthday party recipes (Dairy-free)

Hi...my son's second birthday is next month, and he's been on SCD for

a while now due to food sensitivities, and I want to give him all the

goodies that go along with birthday parties: cake, ice cream, candy

and lollipops, etc...I have my ice cream and lollipop recipes all

ready, but have not yet found a dairy-free cake or candy recipe that I

love. Let me know what your favorite recipes are and where to find

them (I pretty much have every SCD cookbook out there!) or post your

own recipe of a favorite party treat that you've created...thanks!
