Guest guest
I have had good luck with the Gallium thermometers. I bought mine at CVS and I think Walmart has them as well. Luckily it was inside something so there is no bio-hazard mess. I am having a hard time finding a new mercury thermometer. Anybody got any ideas? What about a Gallium filled thermometer I have seen for sale on Amazon? Is it as accurate? MacG.
Guest guest
I have just bought one. It gave me a rather disappointing temperature! I shall see how I get on tomorrow. Impossible to find a mercury thermometer. MacG. To: RT3_T3 Sent: Thu, 21 January, 2010 15:54:05Subject: Re: Help! Guest guest
I have a thermometer that doesn't contain mercury, but it looks just like a mercury thermometer. It seems to more accurate than the digital thought I still use the digital and know that it can be a few degrees lower. I bought it at Walgreens. You need to leave it in your mouth for oral temps for at least 5 minutes or more. > > I have just bought one. It gave me a rather disappointing temperature! I shall see how I get on tomorrow. Impossible to find a mercury thermometer. > MacG. > > > > > ________________________________ > > To: RT3_T3 > Sent: Thu, 21 January, 2010 15:54:05 > Subject: Re: Help!
