These are not just a specific breed of tomato which happens to be green. They are specifically unripe tomatoes. Elaine cautioned us about unripe just about anything, from bananas to coconuts. So... (sorry, green tomato lovers... the pecan flour dredged ones sounded great!), I don't think so. Or maybe about Stage 6... and yes, I know the Pecan Bread list only has five stages! — Marilyn New Orleans, Louisiana, USA Undiagnosed IBS since 1976, SCD since 2001 Darn Good SCD Cook No Human Children Shadow & Sunny Longhair Dachshund

Yeah, fried eggplant worked pretty well. Try it will a mix of almond flour, oregano, and parmesan cheese. — Marilyn New Orleans, Louisiana, USA Undiagnosed IBS since 1976, SCD since 2001 Darn Good SCD Cook No Human Children Shadow & Sunny Longhair Dachshund
