Guest guest
Sometime it could be a b12 deficiency. Google hot mouth and low b12, you'll see stuff. there. http://www.healthboards.com/boards/archive/index.php/t-230637.html---------- Original Message ----------To: <RT3_T3 >Subject: Hot mouthDate: Mon, 18 Jan 2010 19:09:13 -0600 Val, Nick Have you ever heard of hot mouth? Does anyone else have this problem. My tongue is on fire. And I can't seem to keep my tongue moist no matter how much water I drink, My doctors says it is called hot mouth and is due to low Zinc. So, I am taking Zinc, but he also says to make sure I am getting copper. This happed twice now. The first time it went away on its own and now it is getting worse. I am wondering if something else is going on? Infection in my mouth, etc? Rhonda ____________________________________________________________ Small Business ToolsFree info for small business owners. Guest guest
there is some research that indicates this can be caused by amalgam fillings....mercury poisoning.... Hall Cutler has a safe protocal for mercury detox! Hope this helps > > Val, Nick > > Have you ever heard of hot mouth? Does anyone else have this problem. My tongue is on fire. Guest guest
I had " Burning Mouth Syndrome " which may be different than hot mouth. It feels like the inside of my mouth was burning like from eating something very hot & spicy. I got it after I had crash dieted for 5 months (900 calories a day) and lost 35 pounds. My progesterone had plummeted and once I started using progesterone cream it improved. However, I realized when I read your post that I haven't had it at all since I started T3 treatment. Probably because all the hormones interact and I'm getting better (hopefully). > > Val, Nick > > Have you ever heard of hot mouth? Does anyone else have this problem. My tongue is on fire. Guest guest
Thank you. I am not able to take Progesterone and my Progesterone is high, but testosterone and Estrogen are low. I tried taking a generic form of cytomel, but for some reason my body is not liking that stuff. I have asked for actual cytomel to see if that makes a difference. What kind of T3 are you taking and how much until the burning mouth syndrome went away? Rhonda Re: Hot mouth I had "Burning Mouth Syndrome" which may be different than hot mouth.
