Re: T3 and other meds: when to take?

I know for sure you must wait with Calcium after taking T3. I think 4 hours should do it?As well as iron. T3 and Armour/Dessicated. It's the same with them both. Wait 1 hour after taking T3 (or armour) to take iron. Or wait 4 hours after taking iron, to take T3 or Armour/Dessicated. I learned this in this group! Thanks Nick and Val.Vit D and Magnesium are both safe. Take them whenever you want. The other I don't know about.

 

Are there any restrictions with taking T3 with any of these items, (i.e. 1

hour before but 3 hours after, etc.). I know there are restrictions with

iron and Armour, does the same hold true for T3?

You shoudl be fine but maybe the calcium. I am not sure abotu taking

that with T3.
