Guest guest
Your FT3/RT3 ratio is 16.7 which si too lo as it needs ot be at least 20. However, your problem may be just that you need to reduce Natural thyroid a add in a bit of T3. How high was your FT4? -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/
Guest guest
Hello, It was 1.27 (0.61-1.12) Since these labs (Dec.,) I have decreased from 4 grains to 3 grains. I'm wondering if the RT3 problem won't work itself out since I decreased? I also am taking compounded thyroid instead of Armour. In addition, am taking iron supplements (approx 200 grams elemental iron/day). Do you think it may resolve itself on its own?
Guest guest
It is possible. But i have only seen it go away once, but yours is not severe and oy uare doing the right htings to correct it so I would retest in abotu 6 weeks and adjust from there. Taking a little extra T3 with your natural might help insure it gets rebalanced too. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/
