Guest guest
Can I get some suggestions for high fat, high protein bedtime snack? So far, I use peanut butter, high fat yogurt with protein powder (but I'm not sure how good the yogurt is for my sinuses), and nitrite-free bacon. I tried liverwurst but that doesn't seem to work as well. I'm also concerned about all this meat, every day. I know we need meat, esp. me with low ferritin, but I don't think everyday is a good idea. That's all the food I can think of but there has to be more. Eating is not my forte. That'd probably how I got RT3, not eating + stress, and not eating = low ferritin. Of course, I heard that postmenopausal women should not take iron so I stopped that a few years ago. Val, anybody, any suggestions? Thanks, Donna
