Maybe you ned to tweak the dose timing of the HC?

I was taking 10, 7.5, 5, 2.5 cortef. I thought I was getting high and low cortisol at the same time, mainly exhaustion and slight swelling which was familiar to me when my cortisol was high.. You recommended 7.5, 7.5, 5, 2.5(bed). It's only 22.5mg but I'm doing it sublingual and for me it all seems to be absorbed. I really don't know. I wake fine, mostly sleep fine, then I take my florinef and HC and feel spacey and tired. I start to feel weak and then I take my noon dose which makes me feel more exhausted. I start to feel a little less drained in the late evening but not wired.. It seems since I went up to a full tab of florinef 4 days ago, I've been more exhausted but I think I need it. Maybe I am on too much or not enough, really hard to say. Thank you for any help.

I woudl wait till you have been on the full tab of Florinef a wek thne

get electrolytes done to see what is goint on there that wilk helpo sort

out of this is from Florinef.

Ok, I won't change HC or florinef until I re-test electrolytes next week. I'll

throw in ferritin again for kicks. Thank you
