In my personal experience Dhea did not raise T levels. Can you try to find an "anti - aging" doc to prescribe T ?Sent from my iPhone

I just don't want my question to get lost. I can find estrogen and progesterone, but not testosterone. Should I even consider trying to raise it with DHEA.

My question now is, are the DHEA supplements available online a viable alternative? My testosterone level was on the low end: 17 range 6-82

Bonnie, I wish it were that easy here in the middle of nowhere. I have the

choice of an OLD doc in one town and a Nurse Practioner in another (who doesn't

know ANYTHING!). The Doc was my facility MD when I was Director of Nursing and

we had an excellent relationship, but it took 6 months to get him to agree to

write a script for Armour. T3 was out of the question. Now that I have retired

and have no insurance and don't see him at work to beg..I can't see spending

$120 per office visit to keep begging for testosterone. If it's " in range " he

won't treat.

So, I guess I am back on my search for an online source. I did ask Francisco,

my source for everything else, but he doesn't offer it.

ARGGGH!
