Guest guest
My 13 year old daughter has been working on the diet for almost 2 months and feeling good. We have tried some recipes with almond flours but they give her loose stools. We are wondering what the most easily digested flour is? Pecan? Cashew? Where do we purchase them? We are eager to make some breads and right now she only eats the souffle bread. Loves it. We need variety... Glad she likes the souffle bread. Is the almond flour you are using blanched? If it has dark speckles in it, it's not blanched, and may be the cause of the problem. I really like the pecan flour / meal from Sunnyland Farms. http://www.sunnylandfarms.com/ProductsList.aspx?CategoryID=19 & SubCatID=56 or http://tinyurl.com/697zau Cost of shipping is included in the cost of the pecan flour. Their service is excellent. Pecan flour would probably be your best option to try next. — Marilyn New Orleans, Louisiana, USA Undiagnosed IBS since 1976, SCD since 2001 Darn Good SCD Cook No Human Children Shadow & Sunny Longhair Dachshund
