Guest guest
I remember the studies on l-carnitine preventing t3 from getting into the cells, but the doses used where at least 2 grams. Also, I wonder if it only prevents EXCESS t3 from getting into the cell and that's why it's useful in cases of hyperthyroidism? I ask because it's touted so much as a great energizer and good for malfunctioning mitochondria, and it seems it wouldn't have a very good energizing effect if it were making people hypothyroid.
