Nick, Val: sad, confused, lower temps after t3

I feel like crying; what is the matter here:

I did as Nick suggested, or maybe Val, can't recall (when t3 is optimized i will

remember EVERYTHING, lol)

Temps at 12 was 98.0 (I feel feverish and run down, so this might be a high temp

for me, though don't know for sure)

I took my t3 dose of 10 mcg (this has been my usual dose for past week at

least),

checked temp a half hour later and it went down to 97.6.

Can you explain again, please if you don't mind, what does it mean when temps go

down after taking t3?
