Should I continue HC?

Hi , I have been using the OTC HC Cream for two weeks. I'm dosing

7.5,5,5,5,2.5 every 3 hours. I haven't been taking temps because my thermometer

isn't working. I'm not feeling that good. I'm tired, can't sleep, anxiety,

hair loss and I think I have a sinus infection, my sinus's have been stopped up

for about two weeks without relief with using the neti pot. I know I don't have

a fever.

I just got results of my ferritin 23. My question is should I continue with HC

while I'm doing the iron supplementation. How much iron should I start with?
