Stainless Steel Stock Pot

3 sizes of roaster

Stainless steel pots

Stainless steel bowls

Lots of glass jars

Pyrex

Pantry:

Olive oil

Few spices

Canned salmon and tuna, but I haven't eaten any for ages.

Bottled glacial water, because I still haven't figured out best water for me.

MaraNatha raw almond butter

Knudsen's Just juices but I haven't touched them for ages

Refrigerator:

Almond butter

Almond oil

Ghee

Cashew milk yogurt

Yogurt starter

Sauerkraut

Organic eggs

Soup to reheat

Cooked pears

Nuts, but I rarely eat any

Dried fruit, but I rarely eat any
