Guest guest Posted November 24, 2008 Report Share Posted November 24, 2008 I made a jello dish from 1 of the SCD cookbooks yesterday & am wondering if it can be frozen (it has apples, oranges, pears, oj, water & unsweetened gelatin & honey in it).Also, am wondering, if I sub unflavored gelatin for eggs in a recipe - how much gelatin do I use to replace e.g. 1 egg ?
