Guest guest
Thank you Judie for the note on dairy complicating my mucous. This is indeed a BIG problem. I am addicted to dairy, I think. Cheese is practically an everyday element in my meals, and I love cereal and milk, although I don't have that everyday. Today I am going to try to do without cheese, and I will try to do the same tomorrow and until I see improvement. One day at a time when letting go of beloved CHEESE! (Actually, I feel like I have " chest cheese! " Ew!) Robin
Guest guest
Hi Robin -- The first thing I always did when one of my kids caught cold is stop giving them dairy until they were better. It helped. Another thing is, I've always heard that we crave things we're allergic to sometimes. No proof, just always heard it. Guest guest
How interesting, Margie, about the craving=allergy theory. It could be possible in my case. I have never before been allergic to anything in my life, but I've never been this heavy or unhealthy before, either. On day 2 now of no dairy, but not feeling much better, to be truthful...
