What does Low Ferritin and High Hematocrit mean?

My ferritin is 23 and my hematocrit is 43.3 with a range of 34.0 - 44.0. What

does this mean? I know I need to raise my ferritn by taking iron, but what do I

do to bring down my Hematocrit?

Please Help
