Guest guest
I've been on the SCD-diet for a year with noted success! I have had Crohn's for 14 years! I can go to the bathroom everyday!!! Bloating and cramps have subsided and I can't remember when I had diarrhea!! However, I am intolerant/allergic to EVERYTHING! Gluten, Lactose/Milk, Eggs, Soy, Fish, Beef, Pork, it makes the diet even more difficult! All I eat is squash and fruit, chix, turkey, I'm eating everything fresh! Almonds have recently been taken away, leaving me zero nut flours!...actually I may be able to have pecan... Anyone have any suggestions? My daughters (11 & 8) have just been diagnosed with gluten, wheat and casein allergies as well, I have been stuggling with my oldest who was just diagnosed with PDD-NOS, Autism Spectrum Disorder. To say the least I have a full plate, just need to know if I'm doing the right things with SCD for myself. Can I ever have rice again? Something that has been taken away?
