Hmm, I wonder if this is low Ferritin or lack of T3 in my cells. Which is the same thing, really.... If you took the T3 a while back then it's a sign that you need your next dose now Nick
Guest guest
The first skipped beat yesterday was after 1 hour after taking T3.Now it happened 2 hours after I took T3 first once today. Then it happened again now. Two skipped beats a few minutes ago, exactly 2 hours after my last T3 dose.I also got some kind of pressure on the chest. Is there a remote chance this means I am not tolerating 25 mcg T3 now cause I didn't take iron for 6 days?BTW: I was told to increase copper intake, remove zinc, to make iron go up! > >Getting a lot of them now. Guest guest
Forgot to add that I feel a bit stressed now. Dunno why. Not a good sign, I know. . . . .I've also gotten pain behind my left eye today, unlike any specific pain in the eye-area I can remember before, and the twitching eyelid continues into the 7th or 8th day today.. > >Getting a lot of them now. I still think bringing doses closer together so they are 3 rather than 4 hours apart. What is your pulse, is your temperature holding up? Guest guest
Nick,My temp has been more stable than ever at 37.0 C (98.6 F) almost every time I measure. Occasionally I see 37.1 but it's mostly only 37.0.My pulse has been quite steady too, but higher than before T3-only (and especially the raise til 25 mcg) at about 76 to 86 bpm. Mostly I get an 80 reading on the pulse.I am currently at about 3 1/2 hours between each T3 dose. I do my HC at 5 doses from today, like this:7.57.55.05.02.5Does that look ok or was it bad of me to go down from 10 to 7.5 mg HC at the first dose today?I think it might've been a bad idea to take 5 mcg T3 last night at 1 am after 5 hours with no HC in me? >Then it happened again now. Guest guest
Sounds good on pulse and temperature. >I am currently at about 3 1/2 hours between each T3 dose. At night it seems to matter less, a drop in cortisol and temperature is good, it's part of the sleep process (just look at the cortisol profile shown in the test results) That all seems pretty sensible, how do you feel on it????? It looks like it's setting you up ready for a raise to 30 of T3 fairly soon. Nick
Guest guest
Well I reacted badly to T3 in the night at 1 am. Felt horrible with that irregualr heartbeat and boom skipped heartbeat some time (30 minutes?) after I took the T3. I was AMAZINGLY SLEEPY berfore I took the T3, leading me to think I needed more HC before I took the T3...Anyway, today I have the worse pressure and headache in my head and feel rotten and infected in a way. Tonsils MAY have something to say here. But it can also be metabolic. EVEN HC can make me feel this way.I will get the Ferritin result later today if I am lucky. It will be interesting to see where it is after 5 days with on iron first!!! Sounds good on pulse and temperature. >I am currently at about 3 1/2 hours between each T3 dose. HC or your limit with the ferritin, we await those results. >Anyway, today I have the worse pressure and headache in my head and feel rotten and infected in a way. Could even be tooth ache. >I will get the Ferritin result later today if I am lucky. It will be interesting to see where it is after 5 days with on iron first!!! Guest guest
The head pain is crazy now.. It doesn't go away.. Does my GP think it's good for me to walk around like this til I get my tonsils done? They give an antibiotic cure 1 day before the operation to make infections absent in the aftermath of the operation. That I know. But this is really hell living with so much pain and other symptoms.Still waiting for that doc to give me a call! >Well I reacted badly to T3 in the night at 1 am.
