Guest guest
I am working on raising my ferritin. I usually take 5mcg generic cytomel at 10am. I take my T4/T3 combo when I wake up. Today, I took both together when I woke up. I have been having anxiety all week. Temperatures are stable. Val suggested increasing the T3 so I have been taking it around 2pm. I felt my heart pounding this morning off and on like I would in the afternoons.. Wondering if I am not taking something right. > > >Is a pounding heart every so often during the day due to low T3 or low ferritin? Wondering if I am not taking something right. So just to clarify are you taking 5mcg once a day?? Is the heart pounding occurring at other times of day (morning before you take the T3, afternoon if you have taken T3 in the morning)?? Is this standard release T3 or slow release??
