Guest guest
My copper tests too high. Dr. told me to stop taking multi with copper in it & she wanted me to start taking Cuprimine to lower my copper. My ferritin and zinc are both low. I have stopped believing just about everything this doctor says, so don't know what to do. I don't want to start taking another prescription. I am already taking iron; don't know if I should take zinc or not as I've heard it lowers cortisol. Suggestions from anyone will be appreciated. Guest guest
Zinc has powerful antiinfalammatory properties. That's why my specialist tells me to keep taking it even if some say it lowers cortisol. I feel more infected in my tonsils/sinuses this one day without Zinc, so... I think Zinc is a good thing for the body!Zinc lowers copper, so if your copper is too high, you can take zinc to lower it.Subject: Copper Too High - Cuprimine? To: RT3_T3 Date: Friday, January 22, 2010, 11:40 PM Â My copper tests too high.
