How to prepare for an MRI with contrast

Hi There,

I'm having to have a pelvic MRI with and without contrast. Last time I had

contrast (in

August), I was in the bathroom the rest of the day. Is there anything I can do

to help myself

or make the experience easier? I'm having an MRI to investigate a fibroid on my

uterus so it's

important for me to have it done.
