Guest guest
I don't supplement with Potassium supplements (tablets) but I eat normal food with Potassium in it.My second last potassium was at 3.6, then 1-2 weeks later it was at 4.3. Now I am even worried about eating a banana. Should I be? I don't want Potassium to go over the top!Irregular heartbeat, like I just had today a few moments ago, can that happen from too much or too little potassium? Guess we have to live with the fear of having electrolyte imbalance when having AF/Low aldosterone and drinking sea salt.
