Guest guest
Dear Val and Nick, Here is the e-mail that I sent you last night. I have been thinking and it occured to me that the reason I might be feeling so bad in the morning (hypoglycemia symptoms+ early waking with hunger " tremblies " ) is because of my T3 schedule. I take a tablet which is a third of my daily dose before I go to sleep. I suppose that this might use up the HC that I take. Does this sound likely? MacG. ********* Dear Val and Nick, Here are my temps for the last 12 days 98,27 98,15 97,97 98,15 98,33 98,15 98,60 98,54 98,69 98,66 98,63 98,72 98,66 There is a leap between the 98,15 and 98,60 greater than 0.2°F probably due to ovulation but apart from that the fluctuation is less than 0.2 ° F. At the moment I am taking 75 µg of T3/day : 25µg at 7AM, 3PM and 11PM. My HC schedule is 7.5mg at 7AM, 7.5mg at 11AM, 5mg at 3PM, 5mg at 7PM and 2.5 at 11PM. (27.5 mg/day) I am thinking of increasing my 7AM dose to 10mg to make a total of 30mg/day. Q.1. How should I raise my T3? Q.2. Should I increase my 7AM dose to 10mg? I still don't feel quite right for that period in the morning (7AM-11AM.) Any advice greatly appreciated, MacG.
