I called because the ingredients listed food starch modified and natural flavors. (I am always getting confused over what means what and when it applies as far as the language goes, so I either avoid it or check on it.) The CS rep checked the manufacturers list and the food starch is corn, the 'natural flavors' are a garlic emulsion that contained no wheat, barley, rye or oats. The jar has a 'contains' list under the ingredients (soy products), but I don't quite trust the new labeling until the kinks are worked out and old product is off the shelf.
