shopping experience

Just got off the phone with

the distributor for KA ME Hoisin Sauce.

I called because the ingredients listed food

starch modified and

natural flavors. (I am always getting

confused over what means what

and when it applies as far as the language goes,

so I either avoid it

or check on it.) The CS rep checked the

manufacturers list and the

food starch is corn, the 'natural flavors' are a

garlic emulsion that

contained no wheat, barley, rye or oats. The

jar has a 'contains'

list under the ingredients (soy products), but I

don't quite trust

the new labeling until the kinks are worked out

and old product is

off the shelf.
