I feel I am coming down with a flu/chest cold and it is affecting asthma. It's very mild at this point. I also have a herpes/cold sore coming out on my lip. My husband told me the other day that I felt warm and that it felt like I had a fever but I didn't check it. I just introduced acidophilous- I am unsure if it is related as I usually react quite harshly to intro'ing probiotics.. it gives me horrible intestinal spasms and narrowing.
