Does anyone have diet tips for an ulcer/acid reflux?

Clearly, a dr recommendation to eat break and drink mylanrta is out of the

question!

This is all stress related, so cutting the stress in half is my first step, I

just know there is more i can do!

Thank you all!

Dana

Hello Dana:

I have GERDS and have been experimenting with what foods affect GERDS

during my whole life. I'll give you some information to begin with

and if you need more details, please let me know.

First of all, if you get acid reflux at night, you have to sleep with

your upper body higher than the lower. I use 4 pillows and put fat

books under the legs of my bed, at the head.

Second, avoid caffeine and alcohol.

Thirdly, avoid fried, spicy, rich, fatty and acidic food.

The fact that you're on the SCD diet helps alot.

Hope this helps,

GERDS and chronic C
