Yes, milk is allowed to make homemade yogurt. You make it the same way

you do with cow's milk. Perhaps someone else can guide you concerning

cheese as I don't eat it.

Hello,

It is legal, and often recommended, to make yogurt from goat's milk. And goat's milk cheeses are legal as long as they meet they same criteria as legal cow's milk cheeses....

If a cheese is not a processed cheese (manufactured) but is a cheese that has had a bacterial culture involved with its production and is aged at least 30 days. Elaine says its OK.

I just haven't been able to findanything on it, I've checked the legal and illegal list onbreakingtheviciousc ycle.com and it does not mention anything.
