Guest guest
One of my daycare parents gave me a huge piece of sturgeon on Friday. I cooked it in foil on the grill with butter and garlic and mushrooms. TOday I made the fish chowder mentioned this weekend, using the left over sturgeon. It's very good. I had a chicken/ shrimp scampi thing at olive garden last week that was really good. It said it was made with olive oil, white wine, and garlic. I think it had a corn starch thickener in it and I was up a pound and a half the next day but it went away and took a friend (.5 pound) with it. How would I go about making the sauce? I'm not much of a cook and have never cooked with wine. I am a good eater and am willing to experiment with a little help. Thanks, 250/189/
