Hi Eileen:

It is different for everyone. I have been eating both raw with the

peel for a few months now and I've been on the diet for 8 mths. I

suggest you try a little less cooked, a little at a time and wait a

couple of days and try more. Keep working that way till you get to raw

(if you want).

thanks - will do -turned the apples off 7 minutes early by accident

today so worked out nicely :-)

are those cooking times general guidelines set out somewhere i can reference? i've been doing scd for over a year and do cook the things you mention well but never knew they had to be cooked for 1-2 hours!
