Guest guest
I take one of my T3 when I go to bed, as the last pill of my multi-dosing throughout the day. I do find that I sleep better when I take the bedtime dose. Subject: anyone take t3 in the evening only? To: RT3_T3 Date: Friday, January 22, 2010, 9:15 AM I'm into experimenting. ..so yesterday I took hc by day and t3 at bedtime. I was able to fall asleep within minutes (without any sleep aids) and woke up refreshed and energetic. Not sure whether this is a chance occurrence or what; but will try it again today. I used to dose my t3 4 times a day and be unable to fall asleep at night. Just wondering if anyone else has had this experience?
Guest guest
>Can I ask how you dose throughout the day I take 6 doses a day, I am on 150 at the moment and have been for some time 7am, 10 12ish 2 5 bed time (10-11) That seems to work for me at the moment. I generally only feel the lack of a dose if I miss one about an hour or two after the dose time so that's succeeding in topping my levels up before they sink below the threshold. I count out the days tablets into a spare bottle each morning and carry that round with me. That way I can tell how many I have taken that day if I can't remember whether I have taken a dose. If I take more than 25 at a time temperatures drop and I feel hypo, this is cortisol being depleted. I don't wake up feeling hypo in the morning and am getting much better quality of sleep than I have had for years. Guest guest
, I was wondering why you space your T3 out from 9am to 4pm? What are your doses again? Guest guest
It just feels better to me this way. If I take too much in the AM I get shaky and thne have a HUGE drop in energy to the point of falling asleep later on. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/
