Guest guest
Hi Kendall, I need to loose 15 to get to pre-preg. but want to loose 25 to get to where I like to be too. Ok, so how do we go about this online do it ourselves Weight watchers program?? I'm not writing down the food points yet, but I may have to start. We are back to walking 2.5 miles (hills) at lunch again, but so far the weight isn't moving very fast! I get 27 points I think for my weight, and I'm doing a pretty good job staying within those, so I guess I just have to keep at it!! Sounds like a challenge sharing the ride to work, why do the kids go to seperate daycares? Just wondered, that would make it hard! The boys are in Bible school this week, so I have a little more driving back and forth than usual, plus I can't drop them off until 8:15, I could drop them off earlier but I don't think the teachers would appreciate it!! since they don't start until 8:30....Matt leaves tomorrow for a boyscout climbing trip in Minnesota so I've got to get him ready to go. He has mostly packed himself, but I'd better check to see that he got clean underwear!! You don't have much to loose weight wise...we should be able to do this!!! I need a diet buddy right now, mine is 30 weeks pregnant....hmmm I remember that, I had very little motivation to eat right!!! Guest guest
Jo-Ann, good luck with the diet..You too, Vicki and Kendall. I was shocked to find out the additional calories that must be consumed during breastfeeding. (I just took a nutrition class) All of the info you guys share is being heard with big ears over here! Good luck to you all, 31 Weeks

Guest guest
, Most women lose weight when they breastfeeding, I seem to have the opposite result - sucks to be me - lol! But hopefully Vicki, Kendall and I can all work it off together. Love & hugs, Jo-Ann Re: Weight Loss Jo-Ann, good luck with the diet..You too, Vicki and Kendall. Guest guest
Ladies, I'm very happy for you both losing this weight. But can you stop sending it my way, please? I have gained 10 pounds in the past week alone. I can't take enough diuretic to keep up with the fluid gain. Take care guys. TaraI'm down 10 lbs in almost two weeks but I'm on a carbfree diet and it normally works pretty fast. Alice--- Smz143@... wrote:> Just weighed in...... 19.2 lbs!!! Guest guest
My boyfriend has Crohn's disease and has been on the SCD diet for three months. He feels much better though he has also lost too much weight. He used to be 180 and is now down to 165.
