The optimum place for you may not be that low. Labs are a guide,

symptoms are what matter.

Thanks, Nick. I'm surprised my new doctor wants me to down dose and is going by

the lab. He wants me to get EKG too. I don't feel hyper. What would be the

symptoms to watch out for? My pulse resting is usually around 90-100.

Pulse is a little high, unless the average temperature is high as well

then it's not hyper.

The pulse can be adrenaline produced if cortisol is low or it can be

low sodium among other things
