What lab tests to request?

I know I should have done this earlier this week but I forgot about the NH

Adrenals and Val taking a week off. I was just so spaced. Sh*t.

I'm going for follow up blood tests on Wednesday. My doc wrote (at my request

over a month ago):

Serum Ferritin,

Serum Iron,

CBC,

Free T3,

Free T4,

Reverse T3,

TSH

I was going to add Potassium and Sodium.

I have a note I picked up from another post about some complete iron panel? I

can't read it all but it says Hb, HcT, Tsat, IGF.

Does anybody know what that is and how to write it in? My doc writes the lab

requests on Rx pad.

Anything else that I should include?
