Guest guest
Has anyone tried taking L sporogenes as a probiotic? I just heard about it and reading about it, it seems very interesting about it: http://www.lactospore.com/limit.htm clinical studies: http://www.lactospore.com/clinical.htm It doesn't need to be in the fridge because it is in a spore state and becomes activated when you eat it. It also makes a different kind of lactic acid that is more digestable. I have horrible liver aches since I started SCD. The only thing really different from how I was eating before is the yogurt and the honey (and that I stopped eating chocolate, which I ate a lot before). I had horrible cramping, I had to drink a glass of olive oil before I went to bed to lessen the ache. I do drip the yoghurt and it does relieve some of the pain, but not all. Can honey also cause liver ache? Cecilia
